Coming from a kid who's into mostly 80's hardcore, I'd have to say this is one of the most crazy fuckin' albums I've ever heard, like a snuff film without the visuals. Greatest grind album i ever fuckin bought. These guys are going to hell.

Holy butt-fucking Christ! This CD is the most BRUTAL, gory, porn-oriented, disturbingly violent grind release I’ve EVER heard! The music is blasting and punishing, extremely tight, and very well produced (by Scott Hull of Pig Destroyer). The vocals are well ranged too, from ungodly guttural beatings to “Phil Anselmo style” screeching. This partly due to various guest appearances. If there was one CD that should be banned in most countries, it’s this one...SO, everyone should go out and buy it and say "fuck the censors." Throw it in the CD player, turn it up loud and enjoy the disgustingly gory and violent XXX Maniak! This is music to play while raping someone. Grind as a style is brutal and meant to be disturbing. It's meant to make the listener feel uncomfortable and broken inside. I love grind metal, and I have to say... this CD disturbed even me. Needless to say, I love it. Be careful with this one though. If you listen to it after your girlfriend dumps you, it WILL persuade you to violence, murder, anal necrophilia, and disposal of the body thru cannibalism...uncooked.
