On 'Monument' the band combines melodies alike The Cure with melancholy alike Katatonia.
The experimental parts of old Pink Floyd mixed with the atmosphere of Anathema and Paradise Lost.
The band succeeds in giving all these influences their own typical sound, and because of that 'Monument' sounds modern and refreshing but also very close and familiar.
A lot of the lyrics by singer Marco are realisticly written stories about deep human feelings when suffering from a trauma or the moment of dying and the thoughts and emotions that someone is experiencing at that moment.
