A decade of SognaMetal is summed up on this DVD. Includes the entire Windir performance at the Heidra Valfar Concert at Rockefeller, Oslo from the 3rd of September, 2004. Extra material has Windir live clips from the period of 1996 to 2003, offstage footage, interview with Valfar shown on Norwegian National Television, and a picture gallery with both official and private photos. All songs are from the albums Soknardalr, Arntor, 1884 and Likeferd. More than likeley this is a PAL version of this DVD!
