Of course as expected Vintersorg is a robust and grandiose Scandinavian, Viking style romp. Featuring soaring melodic guitars, majestic keys, huge choruses, dark atmospheres and of course icy stuff, glades, national heritage and so forth. Not that I speak Swedish so I wouldn't know for sure, though id say it's a fair guess.
This is a very enjoyable release and one of the most interesting and competent Viking blackmetal projects around.
