What a suprise! Some of these artists are not seen from much and they turn on the charm here: Voice Of Eye, Bloodbox (Yen Pox side-project), Troum (ex-Maeror Tri), Edward Ka-Spel (remixed by Fruitless Hand into a dreamlike ambience), Orchis, Sebastien, URI, ION Sports, Smooth Quality Excrement and Kaosmik Kitty. The perfect blend of acousmatic environment, freakish instrument use and filtered, dirty ambience. Reminds me of some great 80's comps like with Randy Grief, I.O.S., Dimuzio and the rest of the US Taper crowd. As I said, very charming and arresting. I love it and have been listening to it for personal enjoyment since it came in. Thats saying a lot considering all the music I have here!
