Formed in 1999, Canada's Underlord seeks to denounce the pretentiously artistic Black Metal trends and to reaffirm the flagging faith of the true headbanger. Taking influence from Hellhammer and Venom, this 10-track debut is a raw, primitive masterpiece of punk-infested Black Metal in the tradition of classic Celtic Frost.
