Trist is back with an album that is a serious improvement on their songwritting side without losing and inch of their dangerous tormented feelings! Now in digipak! First and foremost, this musical unit emulates the buzzing dirge of acts like Animus and Strid, producing tunes that are certainly melancholic, yet uplifting in an intensely sober sort of way; the album's tone flutters flippantly from gratuitously melodramatic to elegant, with songs often fragmenting into a sort of shoegazey pop. It makes nice driving music, inexplicably.
