| Soundtrack release (repressing?) of the score from the cannibal classic "Cannibal Holocaust". The movie itself is probably the best of the genre ever produced, and the soundtrack is fucking amazing as well! It's so refreshing hear a horror sountrack which is not bloody Nu- Metal! Basically, if you want to lose yourself in the feeling you get when you watch parts of the movie, then pick this one up. Consider yourself a twat if you don't like it! Howevver, some of the tunes are identical textbook "porno" music, but it was 1980 for fuck's sake! I am listening to it now and the tune goes from "porno chic(!), to a shredding guitar lead and now into a full on piano solo! (incidently, it's called "Drinking Coco"). All in all a great release and well worthy of your cash. The uncut DVD will be fucking awesome as well, when someone releases the fucker). Amazing 8/10! |

| I am so glad to see this soundtrack released again. IMO this is the best soundtrack of the cannibal genre and most horror movies. The Coffin Records release is clean, clear and crisp. Perfect! The last time this soundtrack was released was in Germany and limited to 1000 copies. I've seen the German release go for well over $100.00 on ebay. Now if Grindhouse would just release the DVD... |
