As said before, this issue of "In the Realm of Flesh" features a more aggressive and balanced sound than the original release (this edition of "In the Realm of Flesh" was completely remixed and remastered by none other than Dictator, specifically for this release). "In the Realm of Flesh" contains brand new artwork and layout by Grindwerkz printed on high-quality matte paper and packaged in a clear jewelcase.
A Necrosadist sticker is also included with the first 100 copies. "In the Realm of Flesh" contains over forty minutes of Raw Necro Violence.
