The album opens with a proper "Gorverture" and IMPALED warn fans, "If you are lucky enough to die, pray that you stay dead", promptly tearing into the entrail-twisting "Mondo Medicale." Ominous chording pummels into your doubly broken chest cavity as these skilled surgeons quickly turn abrasion to amputation. Unrelenting vocals go from Ross Sewage's grave-robbing demon-inspired lows to McGrath's fiendish crypt-crashing yells. "Theatre of Operations" is 51 seconds of a sickening surgical nightmare sure to make your stomach turn, as the patient lies awake during his evisceration. Indefatigable IMPALED keep the battery constant and by track 12, "Coda Morte", you are bled dry, torn limb from limb and ripped asunder by four metal Jack The Ripper-inspired doctors of metal debauchery.

What future terror will mankind be made to suffer under the bile-encrusted fists of the almighty IMPALED? Only time will tell...
