This album has grown on me.
The odd crone's chorus of weird folk songs really annoyed me at first but I've come to hear their place in the overall structure of this fine album.
The drum machine is set to slower, really dirge-like tempos and the earlier fine Black Metal is replaced by excellent Slav-Core, actually surpassing GRAVELAND in effect.
Buy it.

Like 'The Gates', this album was a suprise to me when i first heard it. Completely different from anything Hate Forest has done before. The production sounds more expencive, The drumming is alittle more technical at times, The guitars have a fuller sound. this discription might shy away Hate Forest fans, but I must say, this is their best work yet. There are some parts that have that Hate Forest feel to it, but there not nearly as frequent as other albums...The anger in this album in unbelievable...mostly mid paced....
