This band are purveyors of top quality grim Black Metal. Though it has the smell of necro about it, this album is not one of those recorded in a broom cupboard, reed-thin affairs. The production is strong, without any polish, which certainly suits the overall sound. All the instruments are well balanced, even the bass makes a worthy contribution. -Metal Observer
