With it's violent, filthy, crusty sound, this cd is unlikely to appeal to the frail goths who used "Anthems..." as a springboard to plastic melodrama. This is uncut primal necro terror, a buzzsaw firing barbwire tumbleweeds into a remote clearing in the icy woodlands. These prickly manifestations of epic melody deliver raw spirit in an immanent form.
