Elusive was not supposed to be a serious project but just two musicians alias Tommy Olsson( guitars/former theatre of tragedy) and Jan K. Barved (singer) getting together to have fun, compose, play and record gothic rock songs. Basically, i would say it's a mix between many styles.
First things you notice are the bass lines a la sisters of mercy, the drum samples and the singer =>they rule! You have some samples, grave but clean voices (no grrrr inside), tunes are catchy and easy to remember, and they rock!
