Their songwriting is top notch. Not only does each individual riff rule (no other way to describe it, sorry), the way they're arranged in the song makes each of them seem that those riffs were made to be structured the way presented. All the songs flow smoothly, each riff a prelude to the other one, and it's almost as if a story is being told musically. Hell, even the lyrical nature and the music have thematic similarities. Both lyrically and musically, "Twilight" sounds elven in nature, "Of Darksome Origin" and "Silent" are brutal, "Velvet Dreams" has a morose tone to it, "Enter Chaos" is, well…..chaotic and "The Sinner And The Sadness" is just sinister.
