There was always an aura surrounding EDGE OF SANITY that was entirely special and forever unique. They could never be lumped in with the "Swedish Melodic Death"-sound or the legions of ENTOMBED-clones. One listen to this album is all you need to understand this, as my words will not convey the lasting impression this album will leave on your psyche. We all want to "describe" how great something is, but in cases such as this, the more words that are spoken, the more diluted it becomes. I can spit out a thousand metaphors and adjectives about this band and this particular album, but here it simply will not do an ounce of good. You must hear it for yourself, end of story.
