Second review from Russia's biggest Metal webzine. Rating 10/10

Very unusual for Hexenhammer, and indeed for Frostskald release. This doom-metal pagan-minded participants, and just a little bit black metal.
Originally a group of such edges, that in order to enumerate the group standing there enough fingers on each hand, even without the involvement of the feet. Specifically, from the U.S..
But the group itself is very zdorovskaya! Imagine a stringy, crushing doom metal, black metal screams periodically exploding, diluted with beautiful passages on classical guitar, with periodic splashes of piano. By the way, both participants of the project, James Brown and John Marshall, who are fluent in almost all the instruments are clearly divided between only the vocals and Drums.
Incredibly delivers just ohrenitelnoe (other words to pick up, sorry, could not) solo in 4 tracks - which have grown out enough riffazha banal, it is screwed into your head and a minute moves straight into space!
More simply need to note the fifth track - a melancholic acoustic redundancy, compared with the romantics Twilight »Agalloch suggest themselves, totally dark-folk and content, and structure of the thing.
The seventh track begins an interesting riff, and is, perhaps, "naiblekoveyshim" vocal. An interesting solution is drumming in the bridge, after a conditional chorus. Generally, the work of the drummer on the album is worth mentioning separately: no "Loupian, anywhere, such as modern Behemoth, he was clear and accurate blows paints a shocking picture of hopelessness, stressing every movement is already not the most optimistic guitar gloom which would envy and former Prime Minister Zubkov.
But in general (starting in the memories) seems like Dysperium, to me once, long ago, then made a little-known group Lacrimas Profundere with her (and I still think so) is absolutely brilliant album, «Memorandum» . The same feeling at first surprise and aversion, and then just continuing subsidence, as in my childhood, when the dream falls and falls and can not stop ... This music takes you, opens the gate, presents stars ... you're standing under the endless sky ...
