Divine Decay was formed in Helsinki in spring 1999. The bands musical roots are in the 80`s Bay Area Metal scene. Members Alec ( Guitar and Vocals), Paul (Guitar), Toni (Bass) and Pätkä (Drums) have played major festivals in Finland and been as a support act for bands such as Children Of Bodom, Stone and Sentenced. They also received positive comments in the media from live shows and the demo made in 1999. Divine Decay recorded new material in April 2000 that was sent to record companies all over Europe.
The Band was signed by Osmose Productions in January 2001 and their debut album SONGS OF THE DAMNED will be out in spring. Remember, you have been warned so WATCH OUT!!!
