Bestial is an old Brazilian band from 1994. The band used to play Black Metal, but Phalanx of Genocide is a Blackened Thrash Metal album. This is the kind of album where it's impossible to stay quiet! On Phalanx of Genocide there are literally tons of electrical riffs. Honestly, I hadn't heard such guitar riffs in a long time. The work of 'barbaric' Ed Storm and V. Alex is simply perfect, simply apocalyptical! The first track, Genocidal Angels, for instance might be considered as a masterpiece of the genre. Not only the first track, but also all tracks are so amazing. I feel so proud to know there're great hordes like this in my country! It's genocide! www.bestial.com.br
