Make way for the new undisputed champions of Canadian death metal: Beneath the Massacre. One listen is all it will take to convince you of the veracity of such a bold statement. This band has it all, from insanely fast gravity blasts to devastating breakdowns. Produced by Yannick St-Amand (Ion Dissonance, Despised Icon) and mastered by Alan Douches (Shadows Fall, Unearth), Beneath the Massacre's "Evidence of Inequity" is a skillful demonstration of astonishing technicality and relentless brutality. Everyone, from Suffocation and Origin fans to even The Dillinger Escape Plan enthusiasts will go crazy over this band.
Straight out of Montreal Canada, Beneath The Massacre was formed in the summer of 2004 with the intention of doing a dedicated grinding technical death metal band. Even before their first live appearance in October 2004 measures where taken to assure a soon to come studio session. After playing a few other shows the band entered Victor studio with Yannick St-Amand in January 2005 to produce their first 5 song EP entitled "Evidence of Inequity" which is a response to contemporary human exploitation. Therefore with the release of their first release Beneath The Massacre are ready to push their own limits.
