ARISE hail from Sweden. That being the incredible surprise it probably is to you the fact that they play a form of Gothenburg Death/Thrash is undoubtedly an even bigger shock! Sarcasm aside, ARISE do in fact do what you expect them to do - thrash and bash in the Swedish tradition with the DARK TRANQUILITY, ARCH ENEMY, SOILWORK comparisons inevitable. However, to their credit the band do have a slightly original take on things. Just barely.
