The Mantle completely envelops you with rich sound, emotions and intricate constructions, all the while pummelling you into a trance. Not unlike a cross between Bread, Neurosis, Katatonia, Opeth and Mr. Peabody the dog with the pet boy Sherman, but with a warm often acoustic tone. Anyway, if you have any shred of good taste in music, you fucking need this damn album. Just get it.
