Abyss were formed in 1998 and have already issued a studio album in 2002 entitled "Redencion", which makes "Sin Angeles" their second album. The band are clearly influenced by progressive metal pioneers as Dream Theater – guitarist Marcos Escaño even did his best to look like old-style John Petrucci – and can definitely put down some decent music. Vocalist Jaime García is the weakest link in my opinion. His voice is more than powerful enough to carry the songs. - RockReport.be
