| This is a great album. How could it not be with a line-up that includes Frost, Archaeon and Ravn. Raw, unapologetic Black Metal at it's finest, going back to the old, fetid roots of BM and avoiding the somewhat diluted sound of Satyricon, which seems to be aiming at a more progressive-metal sound. 1349 are faithful, dedicated artists to their music, and this album is a patent demonstration of their talent and value, audiolizing anger, hatred and aggression without being dissonant at all. Vital to your CD collection. |
