1349's brutal but teflon slick metal charges with precision tuned but shredding furiosity, attacking viciously in a black metal frenzy. There are even oblique hints of industrial, so machine-like is the brutal percussion. The guitar work is searing and something to be in wicked awe of. The vocals caress like the poison-tipped talons of a frenzied demon. Ultimately, it sounds like old school black metal injected with methamphetimines.
